Responsible Gaming Policy
Player Responsibility
At Pisoluck, we believe gaming should be fun, safe, and responsible. Everyone—players, staff, and partners—has a part to play in making sure games are enjoyed in a healthy and balanced way.
Our top priority is to create a fair and secure environment for all users, while helping to prevent any possible negative effects that gambling may bring.
We’ve put together a responsible gaming system that does more than just meet the rules—it truly aims to help. Whether it's providing support for those who may need it or training our team to spot the signs of gambling issues, our goal is to make sure that help is always available, discreet, and easy to access.
To better assist our players, we also work with Life Change Recovery Center, a professional care provider that supports individuals facing gambling-related challenges.
We encourage everyone to enjoy our platform wisely—play smart, stay in control, and have fun.
Who Cannot Play
Certain people are not allowed to use our platform, as part of responsible gaming rules in the Philippines:
Anyone under 21 years old or currently studying in any Philippine school, college, or university
Government officials and their immediate family members (parents, spouse, or children)
Active members of the military (Army, Navy, Air Force) and the Philippine National Police
Individuals with a PAGCOR Gaming Employment License (GEL) working in gaming operations

Understanding Gambling Addiction
Gambling becomes a problem when it’s no longer just for fun. When someone starts betting more than they can afford, or can't stop even when it’s causing harm, that’s a sign of addiction.
Here are common signs of gambling problems:
Thinking about gambling all the time
Betting larger amounts more often
Feeling restless or angry when trying to stop
Trying to win back losses
Continuing to gamble even when it hurts your life or relationships
Tips for Responsible Gaming
If you play often, it’s important to stick to a budget. Know how much time and money you’re comfortable spending—and don’t go over it.
If you’re not sure whether gambling is becoming a problem, try taking a break for two weeks or a month. If that’s hard to do, it might be time to seek help.
Important Reminder: PAGCOR does not allow online gaming in public places. Always play in private, and read our responsible gaming guide when you log in to stay informed.
